How you make a difference: As our Digital Advertising Specialist, you're an advertising professional who manages strategy and execution of online brand and lead-generation campaigns for our system. You have the perfect mix of right and left-brain for creative ideas and strategy, as well as technical skills and execution. In this position, you have ownership of key paid advertising channels including display, paid social, SEM/PPC, programmatic, native, email, and more. You will guide our Marketing Specialists ("account executives"), to ensure strategic digital needs for internal partners' are handled skillfully and deadlines are met. You enjoy being a collaborative, diplomatic problem solver, a customer service expert and demonstrate an extreme attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in digital advertising role.
  • Strong analytics background, with problem-solving skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic media buying and display marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge in search/PPC, display and paid social.
  • Experience with A/B and other testing metrics.
  • Robust knowledge in the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and management.
  • Must have a consistently positive and optimistic attitude, collaborative spirit and a talent for maintaining enthusiasm for projects.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Data Studio.
  • Preferred skills: experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Marketo and SalesForce Marketing Cloud


Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:

Nice to Have:

  • Google AdWords Certification
  • Google Analytics Certification



This position offers both a hybrid and flexible work schedule.

Salary Range: $58,000-$73,000
