We are looking for a Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager. This role is part of our Marketing Strategy team, a team passionate about seeing the opportunities through the lens of our customers.This role will work with teams across Meraki, Cisco and with our customers directly.

In this role you will use your masterful storytelling ability to showcase successful customers that use the Meraki platform to solve business challenges. You’ll build an advocacy program that helps our amazing customers to grow their career, build out their professional network and develop their personal brand. You’ll also empower the Meraki sales, product and marketing teams to demonstrate relevant customer evidence for every solution with a robust library of customer references and testimonials.

What you'll do:
- Lead the advocacy program at Cisco Meraki including the creation of customer success stories in the form of case studies, videos, quotes, logo usage, reference calls, speakerships and online reviews.
- Create a strategy to optimize the ROI of every customer story and identify metrics to measure the impact of customer stories and references on revenue
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships that encourage customers to share their stories in their marketing and communications channels
- Partner with the PR/AR teams to infuse customer evidence into globally impactful news stories and analyst report opportunities
- Build a scalable process and framework to drive customer story development from start to finish and ensure that the process is frictionless for customers
- Develop an internal customer reference library and identify and fill customer story gaps based on geography, vertical and audience
- Align Meraki’s customer advocacy program with Cisco Customer Story Teams
- Shape the Meraki customer advocacy online community experience
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of marketing experience and a proven track record of building effective customer advocacy programs
- You are knowledgeable about reference management tools such as Upland or ReferenceEdge
- Bachelor's Degree required
- When it is safe to do so, you are willing to travel up to 25% as needed
- You are familiar with advocacy community platforms, such as Influitive
