We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join the GoodRx CRM Marketing team and play an important role in managing the CRM program for GoodRx Health, our editorial business. This is a hands-on role; you will have the opportunity to drive highly impactful and visible results that will have a meaningful impact on our millions of customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of ongoing newsletter and other campaigns and lead CRM implementation of new launches
- Manage and optimize editorial journeys across all lifecycles and CRM channels
- Own audience management and segmentation of editorial cohorts Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to monetize newsletters through external advertising
- Manage A/B testing and optimization of lead collection forms to grow contactable audience
- Partner with GoodRx Health team to implement data-driven activation and engagement tactics with clear objectives and KPIs in order to provide value to editorial consumers
- Collaborate closely with BI on program success analysis and reporting, as well as engagement KPIs to improve program performance
- Analyze cohort performance, identifying opportunities and understanding the "why" behind customer behavior; develop strategies and testing opportunities to address ongoing insights and findings
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM marketing experience
- Proven experience building email campaigns end-to-end (including HTML & CSS development) with an understanding of email marketing best practices
- Experience conducting A/B tests and turning results into insights that can be socialized and presented across key stakeholders
- Experience working on co-branded partnerships Experience in editorial marketing is highly preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with an eye for overall user experienceExcellent communication and organization skills
- Experience with personalization platforms like Optimizely is highly desirable
