Tonic.ai is looking for a creative, driven, and collaborative Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead our content marketing strategy. 

You’ll play a critical role in building the company’s inbound funnel as well as supporting our campaign and ABM efforts by generating highly targeted marketing and sales assets. This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with key stakeholders across the marketing, product, and sales organizations.

What You’ll Do:

• Help create a content calendar and manage the scheduling and release of a steady stream of engaging top, middle, and bottom-funnel content
• Research, outline, and oversee the writing of developer-targeted materials that fuel marketing campaigns — including ebooks, webinars, webpages, blog posts, videos, and more
• Direct, operate, and market our branded webinar channel, Faker’s Studio via YouTube, podcasts, and syndication across partner and paid channels
• Collaborate closely with Tonic’s design team to visually bring content assets to life
• Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts across the organization and outside partners to ensure content accuracy and maximum impact
• Interface with Tonic customers to tell their stories via live webinars, case studies, and videos

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree — or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Demonstrated background in building scalable content marketing programs from scratch in startup environments
• Preference for experience with developers and developer marketing
• Exceptional writer and communicator who is passionate about content marketing and telling stories with purpose
• In-depth understanding of the B2B tech journey and the types of messages and materials needed to attract and convert potential customers across the funnel
• Growth mindset and excitement around owning and launching new initiatives, measuring success, and optimizing results
• Ideally a proven track record of having worked in a high growth environment
• Ideally industry experience within the technology space
• Familiarity with demand generation and sales funnel metrics
