Corporate Communications delivers strategic communications guidance and support to inform, engage, and inspire associates and to maintain, protect, and enhance the company's brand and external reputation.

This position can sit in our Allen, TX, Charlotte, NC, or SW MO offices or remotely throughout the U.S.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Develop and execute communications strategy for internal and external stakeholders. • Lead communications for key projects and initiatives. • Provide communications strategy and support for CFO and other executives of corporate functions as appropriate. • Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and other internal departments. • Distill complex information into easy-to-understand communications. • Assist with the development and review of press releases, annual reports, presentations, and other corporate materials. • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
• Minimum of nine years of corporate communications experience. • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or public relations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple communications projects simultaneously. • Collaboration skills and experience.

What would be nice for you to have:
• PR agency experience. • Strategic communications experience. • Executive communications experience. • Finance/Investor Relations communications experience. • Media relations/public relations experience. • Knowledge of the financial industry.
