About the role:
We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist EMEA to support across strategy, development and execution for all channel marketing activities. The Channel Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Channel Partnerships team and wider Marketing team to help build and activate indirect channel marketing initiatives in EMEA.
Channel Partnerships is a vital part of the business, generating a significant proportion of the company's revenue; and you’ll be involved in finding effective ways to promote the brand, integrations and product among our referral and reseller partners.
This job is open in our offices located in Paris, London, Berlin or Madrid in hybrid mode (remote+office).
Your mission @ Aircall:
- Design and execute the channel marketing plan with channel partners and channel partnership team to drive pipeline and revenue
- Create co-marketing activities with partnersSupport the partnership team with sales enablements such as deck, video, partners story, one sheeter….
- Develop partners engagement by entertaining the community through the partner portal and organizing Events, Webinars, Incentives
- Develop our partners ecosystem with acquisition tactics
- Forecast, measure and report all initiatives to drive continuous improvement
A little more about you:
- 3+ years of marketing experience - Product marketing, Partner marketing, Channel partner or Lead/Demand Generation
- At least 1 year experience in B2B enterprise software. Experienced in developing fully integrated marketing plans with the focus on the Partner journey
- The ability to ‘own’ and influence the situation and key meetings, being the subject matter expert, and driving the plan to completion
- Numerate with good analytical skills, using data to optimize/maximize the marketing plan in real time
- Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with a strong work ethic
- Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support team and channel marketing goals
- Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision, a keen attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment
