About the Opportunity

Our rapidly growing Marketing team of mission-driven enthusiasts is seeking a marketer coordinator to MoneyLion’s Brand Marketing initiatives with the goal of increasing aided and unaided brand awareness, brand favorability, and brand consideration to make MoneyLion a household name. You will support the Brand Manager and rest of the marketing team in developing brand go-to-market strategies, market research, developing and overseeing creative and brand campaign execution. This will include working with influencers, sports platforms, celebrities and ensuring our planning is utilizing the full power of our recent MALKA acquisition of creative and production capabilities. 

This role will require you to work cross-functionality with our social media marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, creative and public relations agencies, and partners/sponsors. 

We’re looking for someone who loves to talk about money, loves to learn, and can work in a very fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work: 3+ days in the office New York and Jersey City

Key Responsibilities

• Help support the day-to-day operations of the Brand Marketing team 
• Support the Brand Manager and work in partnership with our Brand Project Manager to drive projects and begin to lead smaller projects, working with other departments
• Work collaboratively with the team to assist with go-to-market strategies and execution
• Assist with competitive analysis, track promotional activities, and organize the reporting of insights/best practices
• Assist with brief writing to assist the Brand Marketing and Creative teams on their next projects
• Build healthy and positive relationships internally and externally
• Stay up-to-date on awareness of emerging trends and opinion leaders to help the Brand Marketing team make sound decisions

About You

• B.A. or B.S. Degree with 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, media and/or communications role.
• Able to operate nimbly, collaborating with the team as priorities shift
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize workload
• Ability to work with focus to meet aggressive goals and tight time schedules
• Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse groups within the company, including cross-functional peers
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Creative writing ability.
• Strong computer skills
