The program lasts 12 months and consists of three rotations each lasting 4 months. The job duties describe an "end-state" version of the role. In other words, we're not expecting a recent college graduate to come into the role able to do perform all these duties at a high level. You will be exposed to various projects and research questions ranging from exploratory research to understand customer pain points and needs, to concept development, to end user perceptions and preferences and more. The team manages a range of projects at different phases in the process so you will start to build the ability to multi-task during your time on this track. The team is focused on traditional primary research but exploring innovative methodologies to better serve the unique needs of each business unit. Primary research includes interviews, focus groups, and online surveys. You'll have a chance to sit "behind the (virtual) glass" in a focus group, to program a survey and summarize data into a report among other experiences.

Candidates should be collaborative, curious, consultative, and cordial.
