As the Analyst, Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for familiarizing yourself with GXO's services, customers and products to develop engaging copy for sales and marketing materials. In this role you will proofread and edit customer-facing proposals, presentations and marketing materials. What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Support Business Development and Sales by creating a variety of marketing materials delivered through multiple channels
  • Identify and articulate the specific value our company offers for current and potential customers
  • Conduct internal and internet research to understand market and industry trends affecting target customers
  • Follow procedures for document publication, including getting appropriate approvals
  • Assist with the publication of documents, including the coordination of print vendors
  • Use SharePoint to organize, track, update and store electronic materials
  • Assist personnel by proofreading documents and providing editorial, formatting and branding guidance
What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of experience as a Copywriter or Editor in a professional environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
It'd be great if you also have:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience supporting a business development team or function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
