This role is crucial to Sensor Tower's growth and will be a key contributor to marketing initiatives. You work closely in a cross-functional role with both Sales and Marketing to create and execute on our plans for strategic events (in-person trade shows, virtual events, and hosted sessions)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch plan for supporting our various verticals through enrollment in trade shows and events located across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Work with Sales leaders to understand needs related to events and facilitate the delivery of needed goods and head count to event locations
  • Manage a field marketing budget that allows us to support each of our sales verticals.
  • Track and communicate event effectiveness using data (cost, ROI, leads generated, pipeline created, etc)
  • Manage and optimize pre-event activities and post-event follow-up
  • Communicate with event vendors to understand event attendance options and negotiate pricing/packaging

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant field marketing management experience, preferably globally
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have hands-on experience with coordinating event sign-up, attendance, and materials delivery
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Proven track record of field marketing management and building of successful follow-up programs for leads generated from those programs
  • Willing to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills as you work cross functionally
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude with strong attention to detail
