- Cuidar de todas as grades promocionais (grades promocionais = iniciativas realizadas: ex: materiais que criam para eventos digitais ou presenciais) - responsável por preparar todos os materiais, fazer essa gestão pra encaminhar pra força de vendas e demais stakeholders;
- Interface pra suporte da força de vendas - fazer a ponte de conversa com os representantes;
- Material promocional: precisam ser aprovados no sistema Veeva – fica responsável por toda a gestão no sistema;
- Cuidar de tudo relacionado a PO: lançamentos de PO, interface com time de SAVE (que faz os contratos);
- Todas as análises e métricas de como está sendo o desempenho das iniciativas - saber se aquela iniciativa está dando resultado ou não;
- Planejamento e execução de eventos - simpósios, congressos etc.;
- Eventos com médicos – além dos de Vendas, Marketing também tem seus eventos (grandes simpósios ou demais eventos);
- Controle do OPEX da marca;
- Interface com terceiros - agências, fornecedores pra criação de material, gráficas, editoras - contactar, fazer orçamento, follow-up de como está sendo a criação, alterações etc.
