Overview: We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Marketing Technology Integration Lead to design, manage, and enhance a scalable marketing technology ecosystem. This role ensures smooth integration across digital channels, amplifies automation and personalization capabilities, and enables informed, data-driven marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of platforms such as Marketo, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools, serving as an essential connector among marketing, IT, and analytics teams. This hands-on role suits an individual passionate about driving marketing performance through innovative technology and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology Strategy & Implementation:
Lead marketing technology strategy, aligning platform capabilities with overall business and marketing objectives.
Evaluate, select, and implement technologies supporting performance enhancement, segmentation, and personalization.
Administer and optimize Marketo and related marketing automation tools, ensuring effective CRM, web, and analytics integrations.
Develop comprehensive cross-channel campaign strategies across email, web, social media, and paid advertising.
Collaborate with IT and analytics to maintain precise tracking, tagging, and segmentation standards across digital touchpoints.
Automation & Personalization:
Manage sophisticated automation workflows and advanced audience segmentation within Marketo.
Advocate and advance personalization techniques to enhance user engagement across email and web platforms.
Maintain accuracy in campaign tracking and attribution to support comprehensive analytics.
Execute A/B and multivariate testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative effectiveness.
Partner with analytics to construct dashboards and sophisticated attribution models for real-time insights.
Integration & Technology Optimization:
Serve as the main point of contact between Marketing and IT, ensuring the technology stack is scalable, secure, and business-aligned.
Design and oversee middleware solutions facilitating integration between marketing technologies and enterprise systems.
Collaborate closely with data analytics teams to enhance predictive analytics, machine learning, and customer insights.
Spearhead the deployment and ongoing optimization of customer data platforms (CDPs) for unified customer views and omnichannel marketing.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Experience:
7+ years of marketing technology, digital marketing, or related experience.
Comprehensive hands-on expertise with Marketo for automation, segmentation, and reporting.
Proven track record with campaign management tools, CDPs, and personalization technologies.
Cross-functional collaboration experience with IT, marketing, and analytics teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Marketing tools (GA360, Tag Manager, Optimize), and personalization platforms such as Interaction Studio/Evergage is advantageous.
Exposure to AI-powered marketing strategies and machine learning segmentation preferred.
Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and database systems preferred.
