WHY YOU SHOULD APPLYAs the Marketing Technology Lead, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join our ambitious growth company and re-imagine the way music education works. This role will be one of the highest business impact engineering roles within the company.
Yousician has a meaningful mission in making the world a more musical place, and marketing plays a key role in our attempts to do so. In order to accelerate our growth, we need to elevate our marketing to the next level and therefore are looking for a new Marketing Technology Lead for being the efficient link between our marketing operations and engineering. This is a place where you can make a change and make it effective right away. Given our latest Series B -round, we can also make the necessary investments to execute a great marketing plan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and execute MarTech initiatives for example integrating Braze, building attribution pipelines and improving out A/B testing infrastructure
- Own technical integrations between marketing platforms, analytics systems and our products.
- Collaborate and act as a bridge between functions like Performance, CRM, ASO, Social Media, Data, Monetization and Engineering, enabling smooth technical execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in key MarTech platforms
- Care deeply about the value communication of our products to the end users
WHO YOU ARE
- You have deep, hands-on expertise in marketing technology and are comfortable coding, integrating, and debugging complex MarTech systems.
- Proven experience integrating and maintaining marketing technologies across web and mobile platforms
- Experience and ability learn our techstack: Unity/C#, Python, Web/Javascript
- Strong communicator who can translate between technical and marketing teams with ease
- You find motivation and drive in making our marketing more efficient, together with varied teams
Nice to haves:
- Data analytics skills (SQL, marketing tech platform dashboards, etc.)
- Experience on running marketing campaigns
- C#, .NET

We also have our own stage at our Helsinki office. We also have a double bass, electric and acoustic guitars, a baby grand piano, digital pianos, mixers, microphones, drums, you name it! We have jam sessions after work on Fridays (when it’s safe to do so).

In Helsinki, we have our own recording studio–which you are free to use for your own projects. We love music and encourage everyone to play their favorite songs.
