🔗 Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies that meet their unique needs.
✍️ Storyteller: Use your writing skills to craft compelling job descriptions that not only outline the role but also capture the essence of Welltech’s culture, attracting the best talent to our team.
🌐 Sourcing Expert: Leverage a diverse array of sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of top talent. From online platforms and professional networks to employee referrals, you’ll leave no stone unturned in your quest to find the perfect candidates.
🚀 Process Manager: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates from initial contact to offer negotiation. Our advanced ATS system streamlines scheduling, so you can focus on what matters most.
📊 Data-Driven Innovator: Stay ahead of industry trends and use data to continuously refine our recruitment strategies. Track key metrics like time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction to ensure we’re always improving.
🌟 Welltech Ambassador: Partner with our recruitment marketing team to enhance Welltech’s employer brand. Represent us at career fairs, networking events, and beyond, positioning Welltech as an employer of choice.
What You Bring:
2+ years' of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth environment.
Proven success in recruiting for marketing and creative roles.
Experience hiring in Ukraine and/or Poland
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences.
Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Proficiency with ATS systems (we use Ashby, but we’ll support you if it’s new).
