Responsibilities :

JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:

This role supports product management and marketing operations, including content accuracy, system troubleshooting, and coordination of product-related requests. The coordinator will assist in product management including Special Product Requests (SPR), gather competitive intelligence, facilitate localization and reporting processes, and proactively address website and portal issues.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage and update content on public websites, PartnerNet portals, Partner Learning Portal, and intranet sites.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of website and portal issues (content accuracy, SSO, registration, and navigation).
  • Facilitate central processes such as localization, email sending, and reporting, leveraging corporate platforms for email marketing, social media scheduling, and lead tracking.
  • Manage digital asset uploads and tagging for compliance and reuse.
  • CRM Integration: Ensuring campaign data is properly synced with CRM systems for visibility and follow-up.
  • Support SPR submissions to the global product team, including:
      - New product release requests for specific countries
      - Feature or firmware change requests
      - Coordination with stakeholders for documentation and follow-up
  • Assist in competitive analysis:
      - Gather product and pricing information, ensuring all relevant brands (including Fujifilm) are included
      - Support product launch planning with market insights
  • Support for cloud services documentation and process development (registration, training, pricing, ordering, invoicing, and messaging).
  • Support local PR efforts including social media posting (LinkedIn), topic collection and coordination, media offer analysis and comparison.
  • Assist with partner onboarding programs and the reporting of incentive programs.
  • Share expertise and best practices with country teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with global teams for SPR, competitive analysis, and process improvement.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and invoice processing for product-related marketing activities.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving technical and process issues.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of marketing principles through prior experience or completion of relevant coursework/certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office. Preferably with knowledge on PartnerNet, Elevate and Workfront.
  • Good command of the English language in written and oral communications.
  • Strong collaborative skills, working with global teams, product managers, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Has attention to details, ensuring accuracy in content, tagging, and data entry.
  • Driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS, BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a business environment.
