The Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing strategies designed to profitably acquire consumer deposit relationships.
As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on the Organic Growth & Innovation team, you will help shape how Chase captures, nurtures, and converts customer intent into account growth. Sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy, digital customer experience, analytics, and innovation, you will identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to capture and nurture customer intent, and optimize demand-capture experiences across local discovery and remarketing programs that drive account opening and acquisition outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to influence high-visibility growth initiatives, partner with teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Digital, and leverage data-driven insights to drive measurable business results. Job Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategies that capture, nurture, and convert customer intent across demand-capture experiences, including digital entry experiences, local discovery experiences such as the Branch & ATM Locator and local search listings, as well as remarketing and re-engagement programs.
- Partner closely with Analytics, Product, Digital, and Marketing teams to define key business questions and measurement needs, and translate insights into audience strategies, customer experiences, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate customer journeys and intent signals to identify opportunities to improve conversion and acquisition outcomes.
- Support the development and launch of new growth initiatives and strategic programs.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and a robust test-and-learn agenda designed to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify emerging opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and develop innovative strategies and test-and-learn initiatives that drive incremental growth.
- Build relationships across a matrixed organization to influence decision-making, drive alignment, and deliver results.
- Analyze performance trends and communicate insights, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and marketing practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, growth marketing, customer acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify key business questions and opportunities, and translate insights into marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor recommendations for different audiences.
- Experience supporting roadmap development and test-and-learn strategies.
- Curious about emerging technologies and open to experimenting with new tools, including AI, to improve how work gets done and uncover new opportunities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
