We’re a B2B SaaS Marketing team who is investing in AI to accelerate and improve how our marketing team works every day—from content creation, market research, campaign ideation to lead processes and creative production.
We're looking for a hands-on freelancer to help us build practical workflows using ChatGPT/Claude and AI platforms. These workflows will support the marketing team needs - like generating messaging, defining creative briefs, automating SEO tasks, and more.
🧠 This is not a dev role. It’s for someone who’s worked in or alongside B2B marketing teams and knows how to turn generative AI into something marketers can actually use.
Location: Israel (Remote, Home Office)
Responsibilities:
- Build and customize GPTs (MyGPTs) that support everyday marketing tasks
- Design prompt libraries and reusable AI workflows to support SEO, sales enablement, and campaign development
- Optimize or redesign current processes using AI tools to improve quality, reduce turnaround time, or increase scalability
- Brainstorm with the team to automate and improve existing workflows
Requirements
- Experience working in or alongside B2B marketing teams, ideally in SaaS
- Master level experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to build custom GPTs, chatbots, or prompt-driven workflows
- A good understanding of B2B marketing workflows, including content development, product marketing, and creative ideation
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Zapier or light scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript) to automate or connect processes
Example Projects:
- Build persona-specific MyGPTs (e.g., for CISO, DevOps, or Product personas) to support messaging development
- Create an AI assistant to help content marketers generate SEO blog briefs based on our existing keyword strategy and cluster content
- Build a chatbot to standardize creative or web requests from internal stakeholders
- Create a prompt workflow that clusters keywords, summarizes competitor messaging, or generates campaign briefs
Candidates must have prior experience collaborating with marketing teams on AI-driven workflows.
