- 2. Research and Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct structured research on competitors, industry trends, and emerging marketing practices
- Synthesize findings into concise briefs and recommendations for leadership
- Support market and audience analysis to inform campaign planning and positioning
- Maintain a lightweight, scalable approach to ongoing competitive tracking
- 3. SEO and AI Optimization Support
- Partner with external SEO agencies to support keyword tracking, content optimization, and performance reporting
- Assist in implementing on page SEO improvements and content updates
- Support experimentation with AI driven search and content optimization strategies
- Help document and refine AI supported workflows across marketing processes
- 4. Flexible Execution and Operational Support
- Step into ambiguous initiatives, define direction, and drive them end to end
- Support campaign launches with list validation, QA, reporting setup, and post campaign analysis
- Improve process documentation and workflow clarity across marketing operations
- Act as an analytical sounding board and execution partner to marketing leads
- 5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting, tools, or workflows and recommend practical improvements
- Help operationalize repeatable processes for insight generation and campaign optimization
- Contribute to building a culture of data-driven decision-making within marketing
You'll need to have:
- 3 to 5 years in marketing analytics, digital marketing, performance marketing, consulting, or a related analytical role. Experience working in B2B or professional services environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Comfortable working with marketing platforms and data sources such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, website analytics tools, and Excel
- Ability to translate quantitative data into clear business narratives
- Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across ambiguity, taking ownership, and confidently challenging senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and interest in AI enabled marketing workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including with senior US stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms preferred
- Hands on, power user of AI tools to accelerate research, content, and execution
