We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for bringing our marketing initiatives to life — managing event logistics, executing social campaigns, and supporting thought-leadership content that amplifies our brand. Working closely with our sales and technical teams, you will ensure our brand is visible, credible, and engaging across all channels.
Responsibilities- Event & Field Marketing: Own end-to-end execution for tradeshows and corporate events, including logistics, travel coordination, external promotions, and lead capture strategy.
- Content Development: Partner with sales and product teams to produce relevant and valuable blogs, whitepapers, and sales collateral that drive website traffic and establish brand authority.
- Social & Community: Manage the content calendar and social media channels to grow our digital footprint and engage with industry influencers, craft internal announcements to amplify social post engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Support demand generation efforts by building landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ad copy.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B marketing (Cybersecurity/Tech preferred).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience with marketing tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Intercom, ABM platforms).
