About this PositionThe Marketing Specialist will be a key member of a very small team responsible for working various Digital Communications tools submissions by the field. There are queues to be worked differently for Rep Websites, 6 different Rep Landing Pages, Rep Preferences, Rep POL Photos. Position will be responsible for making approval and denial decisions and informing the Reps of errors if needed. The Marketing Specialist will be required to stay current on guidelines, track and communicate work completed and approval/denial ratios and reason codes for denials.The estimated pay for this role is 18.00/hr.Responsibilities & Qualifications
Job Duties
- Review queue of Rep Web Submissions through Primerica's Client Relationship Manager (CRM) tool and work to clear the queue. Using guidelines provided by Digital Communications team, approve or deny submissions and report on all. Work to clear queue daily
- Review queue of Rep Preference Submissions submitted in CRM. Using guidelines provided by the Digital Communications team, approve or deny submissions and report on all. Work to clear queue daily. Communicate with reps as needed.
- Review queue of Rep Preference Submissions submitted in CRM. Using guidelines provided by the Digital Communications team, approve or deny submissions and report on all. Work to clear queue daily. Communicate with reps as needed.
- Review Queues for 6 different Landing Pages - pages Reps can use to send prospects information about their business and the opportunity. The Marketing specialist will work requests submitted by reps in CRM. Using guidelines provided by the Digital Communications team, approve or deny and report on all. Reach out to reps as required with changes needed. Work to clear queue daily.
- Look at the queue of Rep Photo Submissions in POL and using guidelines provided by the Digital Communications team, approve or deny. Reach out to reps as appropriate. Report on status of queue
- Track approval and rejection rates along with the corresponding rationales. Record keeping is critical to inform future guidelines and enhance communications to reps to help them better understand how to submit a request in good order that is the most likely to get approved. Communicate with your team and submit daily check-ins summarizing what you cleared from each queue and how many you approved and denied. Document reason codes. Stay current with your knowledge of the Field Marketing Manual and the associated guidelines for each queue.
Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year exp required
- Data Entry, Excel, Navigating the Internet.
Preferred Requirements:
- Microsoft Office, efficient data review and data entry, QA
