Your Impact at Porter
As the Marketing Specialist you will be a dynamic and results driven team member. A key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that engage healthcare plan members and foster positive relationships with our clients. This position will contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare IT and service platform solutions by driving member engagement and promoting our brand across multiple channels.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Member Engagement Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective member engagement strategies to drive utilization of healthcare services and improve overall member satisfaction.
Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to create tailored messaging and campaigns that resonate with diverse member populations.

Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness of our services among health plan members, leveraging digital, email, social media, and print channels.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize for better engagement and outcomes.
Management of different campaigns across multiple clients simultaneously

Content Creation & Management:
Create compelling, clear, and informative content for member communication, including newsletters, email blasts, website copy, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives with client goals and needs.
Assist in the development of case studies, testimonials, and other success stories that demonstrate the value of our platform to both members and health plans.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze marketing and engagement metrics, producing regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Use insights and data to continuously refine strategies, optimize engagement efforts, and improve member experience.

Member Feedback & Advocacy:
Collect feedback from members to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
Develop strategies to address feedback, build loyalty, and enhance long-term member engagement.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, member needs, and competitor strategies.
Leverage market research to help refine marketing strategies and drive innovation in engagement efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing and member engagement, preferably within the healthcare, IT, or service platform industry.
An understanding of healthcare IT solutions, health plans, and member engagement best practices is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive content.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and compliance requirements is a plus.
Creative, strategic thinker improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing member experience.
A strong passion for excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
