Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist at Cygnus will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Cygnus Reach Remote Support software and the No Roads navigation technology. This role requires a general understanding of B2B & B2C marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and marketing automation. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support the company's overall growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling and informative marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content updates and social media engagement.
- Develop and execute marketing plans in alignment with the company's overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Work with 3rd party agencies to execute the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives and protect the company's brand reputation.
- Support the planning and executing industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and track event ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the industrial machinery or off-road & marine vehicle industries.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
- Experience with graphic design.
This is an in-person role based out of our state-of-the-art Middleton, WI office.
