We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Strategic Planner to join our high performing product team. As a Marketer at swipejobs, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business growth and market expansion
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (social, digital, email, etc)
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve performance
- Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or recruitment sectors
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet marketing objectives
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
