Cultura Technologies is on the lookout for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to drive our cross-channel M&A Marketing tactics, including content and event production to enhance the world’s most important industry, Agri-Food.

As a Marketing Specialist at Cultura Technologies you're a strategist who transforms tactics into captivating brand experiences. Your mission? To elevate our brand story through cutting-edge digital B2B marketing techniques and interesting Agri-Food focused content. You'll be the driving force behind our thought leadership and brand awareness, with a performance-driven mindset, KPI focus, and out-of-the-box creativity.

You're eager to expand your horizons and become an all-encompassing marketing pro with a knack for crafting compelling content and executing across multiple channels including social, email, SEO/SEM, website, and events.

Your Qualifications: The Secret Ingredients 

 

- 2-5 years in cross-channel B2B Tech Marketing 

- Social/SEO/Wordpress wizardry and content planning finesse 

- Event management mastery  

- Passion for the Agriculture or Food industry 

- Salesforce, Marketo, or comparable CRM and MAP tools 

 

Your Impact: Responsibilities 

 

Content Conductor: 

- Craft a content & media strategy that amplifies brand awareness in the Agri-Food market. 

- Unearth captivating stories through interviews, articles, and research papers. 

- Master the art of SEO analysis for strategic content planning. 

- Take the reins of our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn.) 

- Wave your communication wand to adapt content across multiple channels. 

- Ensure BD communications are aligned with Cultura's brand values and messaging. 

- Keep our content calendar vibrant with key dates and industry stories. 

- Weave magic into B2B cross-channel campaigns with your compelling copy. 

 

Event Maestro: 

- Craft a clear and strategic industry & Cultura-owned event strategy, in partnership with our business unit leaders  

- Drive speaking and sponsorship opportunities, showcasing our presence at industry events at a global scale 

- Events seamlessly come together with your magic touch – weather it be an industry tradeshow /conference, leadership roadshow or a Cultura owned prospecting event  

 

Digital Prodigy: 

- Assist in bringing remarketing and paid ads to life through LinkedIn & Google. 

- Work with agencies to keep our website fresh and cutting edge through our digital magazine and account specific landing pages 

- Keep the Cultura brand top of mind through SEO and intent tactics 

 

Analytics Aficionado: 

- Dive into weekly analytics (GA4, Marketo, SFDC) to uncover trends and growth opportunities. 

- Let KPIs be your guiding stars as you curate content and plan campaigns. 

- Track Marketing attribution to report on mROI across channels 

 

The Cherry on Top: Nice To Have 

 

- Background in B2B Marketing in tech, SaaS, Agriculture or CPG 

- Dabble in the realms of creative design with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. 

 

Your location:

In this role you can work from home, however in order to collaborate with others you will be expected to do some travel.
