Responsibilities

1. User Engagement and Ecosystem Building

- Develop and execute strategies to engage with blockchain ecosystems, including partnerships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), developers, and community leaders.

- Drive the adoption and awareness of DF protocols (e.g., MACI, aMACI) within the Web3 space.

- Organize webinars, events, and collaborations to foster community discussions and involvement.

2. Marketing and Campaigns

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that raise awareness about DF’s offerings and protocols.

- Design and implement initiatives to onboard users, developers, and organizations to DF infrastructure.

- Strategize and manage events or trending campaigns to generate buzz and attract more users to DF.

3. Social Media Management

- Oversee DF's social media accounts (e.g., Twitter) to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

- Create and share creative content that educates users about DF protocols and promotes discussions.

- Track and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and boost engagement.

4. Community Support and Feedback

- Act as a liaison between the community and the DF team, addressing user inquiries and collecting valuable feedback.

- Monitor discussions across platforms to identify opportunities and address concerns.

- Build and maintain an active, engaged community around DF protocols.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with product and technical teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and developments.

- Share community insights and market trends to help improve protocol adoption and functionality.

Qualifications

1. Experience and Skills

- Proven experience in marketing, user operations, or community management, preferably in the blockchain or Web3 industry.

- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and decentralized protocols.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

2. Technical Knowledge

- Familiarity with social media tools, content creation platforms, and analytics tools.

- Basic understanding of blockchain technologies and protocols (e.g., Ethereum, MACI).

- Experience managing platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram for user engagement.

3. Personal Attributes

- Self-driven, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.

- A strategic thinker who can craft and execute innovative campaigns to meet marketing goals.

- Passion for Web3, open-source technologies, and building vibrant communities.


Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a Web3 company or blockchain project.

- Understanding of crypto marketing trends, tokenomics, and community engagement incentives.

- Demonstrated success in running effective campaigns or growing communities in the blockchain space.
