Marketing Specialist

Almanak is a data science and research-oriented company dedicated to understanding and designing the next generation of AI-driven web3. The team is developing a permissionless E2E platform for building, training, optimizing, and deploying autonomous DeFi agents. We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team at Almanak. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to take charge of content creation, community management, and growth hacking within the web3 and crypto space. Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms including Twitter, Discord, YouTube, and Medium.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and educational content that resonates with the web3 and crypto community, including articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
• Design and implement growth marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Almanak’s platform and services.

- Community Management:

• Actively manage and grow our online communities, serving as the main point of contact for our users and stakeholders.
• Foster a vibrant, supportive, and engaged community by hosting AMAs, webinars, and other interactive events.
• Monitor community feedback and provide actionable insights to the product and development teams.

- Growth Hacking:

•  Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to increase Almanak’s visibility and user base.
•  Leverage analytics and user data to refine marketing tactics and drive measurable results.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and marketing goals.

- Partnerships & Influencer Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, KOLs, and partner projects within the crypto and web3 space.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and collaborations that amplify our brand and reach.

- Market Research & Analysis:

• Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto and web3 ecosystem.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

• Experience & Expertise:
  
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, community management, or growth hacking within the fintech, blockchain, or crypto industry.
• Proven track record of building and growing online communities, particularly in the web3/crypto space.
• Strong content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, articles, and social media posts.

• Skills:
  
• Deep understanding of the web3, DeFi, and crypto ecosystems, with the ability to articulate complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
• Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.
• Hands-on experience with growth marketing techniques, data analysis, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, YouTube, etc.) and content management systems.
• Understanding of DeFi trading is a plus.
