Level Access is a leading accessibility solutions provider, dedicated to ensuring digital equality for all individuals. We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team!

As a Marketing Specialist at Level Access, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our accessibility solutions, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

  • Manage and maintain marketing campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce.com
  • Analyze email, webinar, and campaign performance with an eye towards continuous improvement, and sharing insights across the team.
  • Facilitate a marketing program retrospective following completion of each marketing program.
  • Work with our marketing and sales teams to become a specialist on the company’s lead funnel - from web visitor to customer and everything in-between.
  • Build an internal resource hub for the GTM teams to improve visibility into the marketing calendar, campaigns and support resources
  • Document internal process and marketing playbooks to ensure consistency and clarity across the marketing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking to ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and standard processes
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing technology such as 6sense, Outreach, Qualified, ZoomInfo, Writer and UberFlip
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and the TradeDesk
