The Opportunity

Join Adobe’s new Global Enterprise Marketing Media Buying Desk, a centralized function responsible for purchasing and optimizing paid media across various channels to drive marketing awareness, engagement, and lead generation objectives. As part of this team, you’ll drive the operational engine of Adobe’s global campaigns, ensuring flawless execution, streamlined processes, and measurable impact in collaboration with teams across the world.

The role requires hands-on platform knowledge, campaign set-up, vendor management, reporting, and collaboration across regional marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

Campaign set-up and execution

Paid Social (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta)

· Build and launch campaigns across regions (Americas, Asia, and Europe) and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager)

· Apply audience targeting, tracking url, pacing logic, and geo-duplication

· Monitor media metrics and deliver weekly and fortnightly reports for optimization

Display (e.g., ABM, Demandbase, ZoomInfo)

· Build display campaigns in ABM and programmatic DSPs with keyword/ad group/bid strategy setup

· Conduct regular QA on ad relevance

· Maintain weekly performance dashboards (Excel) and report on performance metrics

Influ2 & Digital-Out-Of-Home (e.g., DOOH via caasie.co)

· Setup campaigns in self-serve platforms like Influ2 and caasie.co

· Coordinate asset delivery and campaign timelines

· Ensure all campaigns are tagged and tracked as per guideline

Contact Acquisition and Lead Generation

· Manage relationship with content syndication vendors

· Co-ordinate briefing of vendors with digital team, and supply them with bill of material with relevant tracking codes

· Monitor and manage lead upload process and data hygiene/flows

Operations and Admin

· Support in creating Workfront Planning views to document active digital

programs, tactics, and activities

· Manage deliverable tracker for publishers across channels

· Vendor management and briefing of external third publishers (e.g., Content Syndication)

· Conduct thorough testing and QA on targeting, copy, creative, and tracking URLs

Reporting and Insights

· Track and report on spend and budget pacing in partnership with media leads

· Pull and synthesize reports from media platforms. Monitor daily/weekly performance

(e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, leads)

· Extract actionable insights to support optimization and campaign decisions

Documentation and stakeholder communication

· Maintain clear and organized documentation of campaign setups, performance metrics, and platform configurations

· Serve as a key point of contact for media planners, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.

What's Required to Succeed

· Pro-activeness, drive, and intellectual curiosity

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment · Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media - preferably in an agency environment

· Platform knowledge of LinkedIn and ABM platforms (e.g., DemandBase) for campaign set-up

· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant platforms

· Proficient English, both written and spoken

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

· Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and handle time optimally
