- Own and deliver 6–12 US field events per year end-to-end (planning, coordination, on-site execution, and structured post-event handover to Sales)
- Define and execute programs for strategic target accounts in close collaboration with Sales and Partners
- Own Experience Center & demo organization support (e.g. partner or customer experience centers): coordination, scheduling, and visit preparation
- Support content asset creation, events, and partner motions (event pages, email copy, customer snippets, lightweight collateral)
- Coordinate event lead capture & attribution: clean lists, tagging, consent, source accuracy, and timely handover to Sales Ops and Business Development
- Ensure post-event follow-up readiness (playbooks, assets, timelines, ownership — execution handled by Sales)
- Review, test, and implement AI tools that support content creation, event execution, ABM, and other marketing initiatives, with a focus on efficiency and quality
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, enterprise SaaS, or complex solution environments
- Strong experience with events, field marketing and multi-channel marketing across the US and ideally Europe
- Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools like Salesforce is a big plus
- Hands-on executor mindset: comfortable owning logistics, timelines, and details
- Experience supporting revenue teams without acting as an SDR (no quota-driven outbound mindset)
- Solid understanding of CRM basics (lead sources, campaigns, attribution)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Business Development, Sales, Partners, and Ops
- Based in the US with willingness to travel for customer visits, events and partner activities
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, or industrial environments is a plus
