Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist is a role designed for a motivated professional who is both a strategic marketer and a disciplined project manager. You will play a vital role in driving the growth and visibility of our mobile game across the MENA region. By bridging the gap between high-level marketing objectives and day-to-day creative execution, you will ensure that all stakeholder requirements are streamlined for maximum efficiency, fast-paced turnaround, and deep cultural impact.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various projects to strengthen brand presence and drive user engagement.
Ensure a unified, premium identity across communication channels and marketing materials.
Tailor campaigns to specific project positioning, ensuring strategies resonate with the target audience.
Research local trends in content, media, and culture to inform brand positioning and support successful market presence.
Plan and execute promotional initiatives that enhance the player experience and community connection.
Engage directly with the local gaming community to gather insights and ensure regional authenticity.
Project Management & Creative Operations
Act as the primary project manager and point of contact for the creative team, organizing workflows to ensure seamless task transitions between Marketing, Operations, Community, and Business Development.
Collaborate with different teams to deliver impactful, on-brand creative outputs with fast-paced turnarounds.
Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the smooth, cost-effective execution of marketing plans.

Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English; Chinese is a plus.
