Job Description

Mallinckrodt is offering an 11-week internship program, which provides an immersive experience in the world of pharmaceuticals. As an MNK Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work that compliments the degree you are pursuing. Here, you will be able to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to a corporate environment. In addition, our internship program is designed to include networking opportunities across the company, professional development workshops, and community service.

Summary

Will support the Marketing Services department, with an emphasis on assisting our Promotional Effectiveness initiative. This project will require obtaining and analyzing the effectiveness of our Print and Online digital materials, and how they correlate with product performance. Interacting with multiple suppliers and internal departments to obtain data will be needed. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Assistance with our Marketing Services department as a whole will also be expected, as it pertains to our print & digital materials within our internal systems.

Essential Functions

  • Obtaining marketing material usage rates from our print warehouse distribution supplier, convention/conference vendors, as well as internal Mallinckrodt teams and digital systems

  • Able to efficiently organize and interpret data for presentation purposes

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be rising Senior or in Graduate School

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Internship will start on May 20th and End on August 1st

On-Site Requirements on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Other days will be remote

Organizational Relationship/Scope:

This position will be instrumental in providing data to not only the Marketing Services department, but to our entire Marketing and Sales leadership teams, as they evaluate the effectiveness of our Marketing materials and how the materials correlate to our product sales & performance.
