The Role

JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing & Revenue Analyst at OGX Productions plays a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives and ticketing operations across our diverse portfolio of location-based entertainment experiences. This position combines project management, data analysis, and operational support to drive ticket revenue and enhance marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational capabilities, quantitative skills, and a foundational understanding of both marketing and live entertainment industries. Working closely with both the Director and Manager of Marketing & Ticket Revenue, this role contributes to campaign execution, performance tracking, and operational excellence while working to optimize integrated marketing and guest revenue strategies.

This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

  • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze ticketing & ancillary data to identify sales trends, customer behavior patterns, and revenue opportunities. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for marketing campaigns, ticket sales, and ancillary guest revenue streams. Support marketing and revenue strategy team in building comprehensive sales/marketing/revenue summaries.
  • Project Management: Organize and track multiple marketing and ticketing projects simultaneously, maintaining project timelines, coordinating deliverables across teams, and ensuring milestones are met on schedule. Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and action item tracking.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Coordinate asset delivery, maintain marketing calendars, and support campaign tracking. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and ticketing platforms.
  • Ticketing Operations Support: Support day-to-day ticketing operations including inventory management, pricing updates, and system maintenance. Assist with platform audits, troubleshooting, and coordination with third-party ticketing vendors. Help ensure price parity and brand compliance across all sales channels.
  • Guest Revenue Strategy: Tabulate and track all ancillary guest revenue streams and work with Director to build strategic customer composites that inform ever-evolving revenue optimization tactics. Recognize and identify purchasing trends to maximize total spend per customer.
  • Partner & Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with brand/IP partners, marketing agencies, and ticketing platforms. Coordinate communications, track deliverables, and maintain partner documentation. Support the team in optimizing partner processes and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Customer Experience Support: Monitor customer feedback related to ticket purchasing and event experiences. Assist the Guest Experience team in identifying trends and developing solutions to common customer issues. Support quality assurance testing of ticketing systems and user experience improvements.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute regular reports, both internally and with partners, on campaign performance, ticket sales, and customer metrics. Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms. Support ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute insights for strategic planning.
  • Administrative & Operational Tasks: Maintain department documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials. Support budget tracking and invoice processing. Assist with staff training on ticketing procedures and marketing tools as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, events, ticketing, tourism, or related field
  • Experience with live entertainment venues (sports, concerts, theatre, conventions, exhibitions, attractions, museums, or location-based entertainment) strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated quantitative aptitude with experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Experience working with brand or IP partners preferred
  • Background in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing preferred
  • Experience with ticketing platforms (ShowClix, Ticketmaster, Tessitura, or similar) advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel for events or team meetings as needed

The salary range for this role considers a range of variables used in making compensation decisions and may include but is not limited to; experience, training, licenses, certifications, skill sets, business needs, travel. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique variables that are present. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000-$85,000 This range has not been adjusted based on the geographic location of the successful incumbent.
