No real estate license is required. This position focuses on selling vacation packages — not timeshare — making it an excellent opportunity for sales professionals looking to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads to promote and sell vacation packages and resort stays.
- Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored travel solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our vacation offerings.
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, destinations, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (hospitality, travel, automotive, retail, or commission-based sales is a plus).
