The Role

Hire Digital is seeking a who will play a crucial role in supporting our new business efforts by crafting winning proposals for prospective clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and compellingly articulate our value proposition.

  • Research and thoroughly understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative, data-backed marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Write persuasive, visually appealing proposals that highlight our capabilities and unique differentiators.
  • Ensure proposals adhere to all formatting, length, and submission guidelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including revisions and final delivery.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other sales collateral.
  • Analyze past proposals to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Previous experience in proposal writing, business development, or marketing roles in an agency or freelance setting.
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales proposals for digital marketing services.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, strategies, and metrics.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and design tools.
