We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Manager based in Manila, Philippines to work on proposals and pursuits concentrating on major bridge construction projects locally and in North America. This individual will exercise independent judgment and perform assignments based on the requirements of clients’ requests for qualifications and proposals.
The Manager collaborates with other marketing managers and talented teams that involve communications, graphics, and client experience to deliver project bids and proposals.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Serves as project manager for the development, writing, editing, and production of statements of qualifications, technical proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, or assists with such efforts.
- In partnership with technical leaders in the bridge sector, develop a strategy for storytelling in written and visual forms.
- Composes narratives for marketing materials such as proposals and collateral using creative and persuasive writing skills.
- Creates concepts for and coordinates the production of collateral materials.
- Develops strategy on project- and marketing sector-specific marketing activities, which may include content marketing plans.
- Gathers, formats, and maintains accurate, up-to-date firm marketing information including staff bios, project descriptions and statistics, and other information for marketing purposes.
- Supports the implementation of corporate identity initiatives and social media.
- Updates firmwide database with project and proposal information on an ongoing basis.
- Produces high-quality work products in terms of messaging, accuracy, content, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate a range of marketing support activities as directed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate with the North American team.
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred.
- 8+ years of marketing, proposal development, or business development experience.
- Experience in overseeing a team providing support to a global company.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, including working under tight deadlines for multiple internal clients.
- Strong leadership and the ability to manage and inspire team members.
- Strong technical skills, in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Client-focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
