We’re hiring a Full-Time Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support promotional campaigns, live marketing events, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do- Support promotional campaigns, live events, and brand activations
- Represent client brands professionally at events and community activations
- Engage with customers and share product, service, and campaign information
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign goals
- Gather customer feedback and campaign insights
- Participate in training focused on marketing, communication, sales, and leadership

Requirements:

Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in.
