Globbing is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for the Kazakhstan market while working from our office in Armenia.
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensure timely delivery of projects, and collaborate closely with local market stakeholders to drive business growth in Kazakhstan.
Requirements
Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects for the Kazakhstan market.
Develop project timelines and execution plans while ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Design, Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams.
Work closely with the Kazakhstan team to understand local market needs, customer behavior, and business objectives.
Manage campaign launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product marketing initiatives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
Ensure marketing materials are localized and aligned with the Kazakhstan market.
Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and partners when required.
Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
Maintain project documentation and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
Continuously improve marketing workflows and project management processes.
