We are looking for highly motivated and genuinely passionate people to help us manage our online webinars. As the Marketing Project Intern, you will be offered valuable hands-on experience in the field of project management, allowing you to develop your skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of how we prepare the operations of our online marketing events.
Here, you will work under the Marketing Project team, whose main responsibility is to prepare and execute our marketing projects.
🎯More specifically you will:
Assist Marketing Project Executives in planning, coordinating, and executing our online webinars’ operational activities before, during, and after each session.
Manage our communication channels, which includes but not limited to, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and YouTube, while promoting our paid programs to generate leads.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as the webinar panelists, and support their needs to be able to deliver an optimal result during the session.
Proactively identify and address any potential issues that might affect our projects, with the aim to remove any barriers from the optimal result
Improve the overall process for our project, based on the insights gathered, to achieve a high-quality result

Strong public speaking and communication skills 🎤 : You’ll regularly speak in front of live audiences, so confidence and clarity when presenting are essential. You should be comfortable leading sessions, explaining complex information clearly, and engaging different types of listeners.
