We’re looking for a Marketing Producer to lead the growth of our mobile gaming titles through data-driven marketing strategies. This is a strategic and executional role that bridges performance marketing, creative production, and product growth.
🛠 Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth strategy on Google Ads, Applovin and other Ad Networks, combining strategic vision with channel expertise
- Continuously optimize performance through systematic testing, iteration, and insight generation. Identify growth levers and scale what works.
- Collaborate closely with the product, creative, ASO, and data science teams.
- Champion structured experimentation — design meaningful tests, analyze results, and turn insights into actions.
- Contribute to team-wide marketing strategy and knowledge — share insights, challenge assumptions, and raise the bar for campaign thinking and execution.
✅ Requirements:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience in mobile gaming.
- Proven track record of managing significant UA budgets and delivering measurable business growth.
- Solid understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem — including attribution, MMPs, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau or internal analytics systems.
Passion for mobile gaming, sharp marketing intuition, and excellent communication skills — able to align teams around a shared vision.
