Artisan Partners is seeking a Marketing Presentations Intern to support the development, organization, and distribution of prospect- and client-facing presentation materials. The role sits within the Marketing & Communications team and provides hands-on exposure to the systems, data, and workflows that support these materials. This year-round internship requires full-time, in office hours during the summer of 2026 and 15-20 hours per week in the 2026-27 school year.
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate is expected to:
- Support production of firm-level marketing slides for internal and external use
- Upload and manage slides in Flight Deck on key calendar dates to support timely distribution
- Assist with archiving and organization of presentation materials by downloading and maintaining Flight Deck records
- Create and update Board materials, including presentations, monthly AUM files, and handouts
- Support Seismic content organization through back-end retagging and system clean-up
- Help align and maintain naming conventions across marketing collateral to support consistency and ease of use
- Assist with special projects as needed, including identifying opportunities to consolidate slides, data points, and content across marketing materials
- How prospect- and client-facing presentations are developed, maintained, and distributed
- Hands-on experience working with presentation and content management systems such as Flight Deck and Seismic
- Exposure to Salesforce workflows used to request, track, and manage presentation materials
- Best practices for organizing, standardizing, and maintaining marketing collateral
- How teams collaborate across functions to support ongoing projects and evolving priorities
The successful candidate is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic achievement. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, with an interest in operational workflows and recurring processes
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint, or motivated to build those skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Curious and willing to take on new responsibilities as team needs evolve
