About This Position
We are searching for a Marketing Presentation Specialist to join our Fenix24 team. In this role, you will be supporting the executive team, marketing and business development. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, design, and management of visual presentations and related strategic content. This role bridges the gap between visual design execution and high-level messaging to support marketing, sales, and executive communication in translating concepts into clear, compelling, integrated content and visual messages.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into easy-to-understand visual slides.
- Translate technical and/or complex content
- Create, write, and structure content for presentations, ensuring a logical flow, clear messaging, and engaging narrative
- Design high-quality, quality assured presentations that adhere to brand guidelines primarily using PowerPoint
- Exercise independent judgment & use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests
- Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requested
Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills
- Education -Bachelors in Marketing or graphic design preferred
- Minimum 5 years of presentation development experience
- Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to create dynamic and interactive slides
- Competency with other design tools for editing and/or creating documents; adobe, canva preferred
- Demonstrated ability to turn data and product details into a skillfully interpretated presentation through infographics, charts, and multi-media
- Strong attention to detail especially with precision in formatting and layout while maintaining brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple presentation projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling Fenix24s Culture and Values
