We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a GTM AI Operations Specialist to help us build the next generation of our Go-to-Market organisation.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, automation, marketing, sales, and operations. Your primary focus will be identifying repetitive or high-value GTM workflows and turning them into AI-powered agents and automated systems that help our teams work faster, smarter, and at greater scale.
You might build an AI SDR agent that researches accounts and prospects, a content agent that helps create and repurpose content, or an agent that supports campaign execution, lead qualification, customer research, sales enablement, or pipeline management.
This is not a traditional Marketing Operations role. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious about AI, enjoys experimenting with new tools, and can turn an idea into a working solution.

What You’ll Do:
Build AI Agents for GTM
  • Design, build, test, and continuously improve AI agents for Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work, improve quality, or accelerate execution.
  • Build agents for use cases such as:
    • AI SDR / prospecting and account research
    • Lead qualification and routing
    • Content creation, repurposing, and personalization
    • Campaign planning and execution
    • Sales research and account intelligence
    • Sales enablement and proposal support
    • Competitive intelligence
    • Customer and market research
  • CRM data enrichment and management
  • Connect AI agents to the systems and data our teams already use.

Turn GTM Problems Into AI Solutions
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and other stakeholders to understand their workflows and pain points.
  • Translate business problems into practical AI-powered solutions.
  • Prototype quickly, test with users, measure results, and iterate.
  • Look beyond individual tasks to redesign workflows around what AI makes possible.

Operate and Improve Our AI Stack
  • Evaluate emerging AI models, agent platforms, automation tools, and GTM technologies.
  • Build repeatable processes for deploying, monitoring, and improving AI agents.
  • Develop prompts, instructions, workflows, guardrails, and evaluation criteria.
  • Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document successful solutions so they can be scaled across the organization.
  • Help establish best practices for responsible and effective use of AI across GTM.

Drive Adoption
  • Partner with GTM teams to introduce new AI capabilities and make sure they actually get used.
  • Train users and create simple documentation and playbooks.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve the tools.
  • Track the impact of AI initiatives through metrics such as time saved, productivity, conversion rates, pipeline generated, and revenue impact.

What We’re Looking For
You don't need to have a traditional AI background. We’re more interested in how you think and what you can build.

You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:
  • Have experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth, Demand Generation, or a similar GTM function.
  • Are highly curious about AI and actively experiment with new AI tools.
  • Have hands-on experience building workflows, automations, agents, or AI-powered processes.
  • Are comfortable working with tools such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
  • Can break a complex business process into logical steps and determine where AI can add value.
  • Are comfortable experimenting, failing quickly, and iterating.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Care about outcomes rather than simply implementing technology for its own sake.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI agent platforms or frameworks.
  • Experience with tools such as [OpenAI / Claude / Gemini], Zapier, Make, n8n, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, or similar GTM technologies.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting.
  • Experience designing prompts and evaluating LLM outputs.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation architecture.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience measuring the ROI of automation or AI initiatives.
