Marketing Operations Manager

GoodRx is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Department. The team is looking for a detail oriented person who has experience developing processes, engaging and managing technology platforms, and coordination/collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and managing the operational infrastructure of the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on improving marketing processes, managing technology and analytics, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the marketing organization.

This person will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in order ensure the department monthly budget is maintained, department vendors are renewed, new team members are onboarded, existing platforms are up-to-date and will lead platform enhancements when called upon, and manage the Marketing Calendar for all external comms. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile the daily Airtable Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensure month budgets are reconciled and finalized on time.

  • Manage the Marketing Calendar for the department.

  • Manage the Marketing Vendor Renewals and the monthly spend reconciliation. Responsible for providing vendors with NDAs and Contracts. Responsible for onboarding new vendors via Gatekeeper.

  • Responsible for new hire onboarding and hosting new hire orientation. Responsible for updating materials/lists needed for new hires . 

  • Project manage quarterly budget timelines and ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate Marketing All-Hands content development and timeline

  • Own the Marketing Confluence site and content.

  • Responsible for making UX edits on our Asana Platform. This includes reviewing processes, templates, reports, user flows and intake forms and ensuring all are current and accurate.

  • Assist with the coordination of Marketing event logistics. Responsible for all “Day of” coordination.

Required Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related role.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills when it comes to budget fluctuations

  • Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn technical platforms such as basic google suite (ex. Sheets and Slides), basic Airtable knowledge is a plus, Confluence and Gatekeeper knowledge is a plus as well. We also use Jira, so basic knowledge is a plus.  

  • Basic understanding of Marketing principles and best practices 

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to develop and improve Marketing Operations processes

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. (Working knowledge or ability to learn Slack is required) 

  • Ability to coordinate and organize multiple tasks/requests at one time

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:

$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
