As a Marketing Operations Manager in Acqueon you will
Support the business in achieving its strategic objectives by bolstering Acqueon's marketing functions. This is done by ensuring that marketing initiatives run efficiently, deliver measurable results, and are aligned with business goals. Additionally, you will be tasked with reporting on the data created by marketing activities and campaigns using Pardot, and act as the admin for this platform. This includes maintaining data accuracy and communicating the findings to leadership in the form of presentations and/or reports. Ownership of this marketing data also gives you the opportunity to suggest strategic changes to marketing initiatives to ensure successful execution and positive results.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong organization, technical, and analytical skills and who understands the basic principles of SaaS B2B marketing, as well as has experience executing on these principles and strategies. This includes initiatives like email campaigns, lead generation, SEO optimization, A/B testing, and marketing automation (among others). As Marketing Operations Manager, you will serve a vital role in the success of Acqueon and will be a trusted resource throughout the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness of marketing data, including lead scoring, segmentation, and customer records
- Developing and distributing performance reports on key marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, etc.), and using data to identify opportunities for optimization
- Regularly analyzing customer and campaign data to optimize marketing strategies and contribute to decision-making
- Managing the tech stack for marketing teams and ensuring marketing systems and tools are functioning properly and are up to date, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise
- Implementing and maintaining marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and campaigns
- Setting up, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing, etc.)
- Acting as administrator of Marketing CRM, Pardot
- Working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns, messaging, and lead handoff processes
- Developing and streamlining processes for lead management, reporting, and campaign execution in collaboration with other departments
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Developing and documenting standardized processes for marketing operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Keeping up with industry trends, new marketing technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the SaaS space
- Providing training to marketing team members on new systems, tools, and strategies as needed.
As a Marketing Operations Manager in Acqueon you will need
- 3-5 years in marketing operations in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of Pardot and marketing data reporting
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing
- Experience designing, implementing, and reporting on omnichannel marketing strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams, as well as offshore teams
- Excellent presentation and communication (both oral and written) skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience)
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Acqueon's Dallas office
