The opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Campaign Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Quantexa. In this role, you will support the execution of Field, Corporate, Partner, and Product Marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and accurate data tracking. You will play a pivotal role in building and optimising marketing automation, email marketing, data management, and lead outreach processes using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Storyblok. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and execute marketing emails for Field, Corporate, Partner, and Product Marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, audience segmentation, and best practices. 
  • Clean, organise, enhance, and import contact lists using ZoomInfo to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and marketing events, ensuring the accuracy and quality of audience data. 
  • Develop and implement automated sequences and cadences for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in HubSpot, ensuring timely and personalized lead outreach to support lead generation efforts. 
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to track and ensure that leads generated from marketing activities are promptly followed up on. Report on lead engagement and follow-up progress, ensuring no leads are missed. 
  • Build high-quality landing pages using Storyblok for various marketing campaigns and hosted events, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand guidelines. 
  • Ensure all go-to-market activities are tracked accurately with UTM parameters to enable accurate reporting on performance of campaigns and events. 
  • Create and manage audience lists in HubSpot for targeted campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives, ensuring proper segmentation based on persona, region, and engagement level. 
  • Create and implement registration and lead capture forms for hosted events, webinars, and other marketing programs, ensuring data is accurately captured and integrated into HubSpot and Salesforce. 
  • Analyze and report on the performance of ABM initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
  • Host regular meetings with key stakeholders to review immediate marketing needs, roadmap planning, and the performance of executed marketing activities.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for marketing processes, automation workflows, and campaign management. Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and results. 
Requirements

What you’ll bring. 

  • Experience in marketing operations or demand generation. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools including HubSpot.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo for data management and enrichment. 
  • Experience building landing pages and forms; familiarity with Storyblok is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and the ability to build complex, segmented campaigns. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of tracking and reporting on marketing activities, ensuring proper attribution and measurement. 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, a sense of humour and a positive attitude.
