What’s the role?

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes and driving efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, with specific experience in Marketo and Salesforce platforms. You will be responsible for managing lead lifecycle, optimizing Marketo workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement lead lifecycle and lead scoring strategies that align with best practices and drive efficiency
  • Create and manage Marketo workflows, program templates and smartlists with a focus on efficiency and traceability
  • Oversee opt-in compliance including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CCPA, collaborating with business systems and revenue operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, revenue operations, and business systems
  • Maintain data integrity within Marketo and Salesforce, including lead routing, campaign attribution, and reporting
  • Generate best-in-class full funnel reporting to track channel, territory and campaign performance
  • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Marketo and Salesforce best practices
  • Manage marketing tools such as Salesloft and Qualified, to meet the needs of the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, automation, and technology

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Marketo marketing automation platform, including building campaigns, workflows, and smart lists
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing/sales funnel optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, and integration with Marketo
  • Excellent analytical skills with an innate ability to translate data into actionable insights and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

It would also be a plus if you had:

  • Marketo Certified Expert or similar certification
  • Knowledge of additional marketing technologies and platforms, such as Salesloft, Qualified, LinkedIn Campaign manager and Google Analytics
