Internet Vikings is growing its Marketing division and is looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to join the team. 
 

The primary purpose of this role is to independently plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing projects. The Marketing Operations Manager will help increase the team’s capacity, move forward with various initiatives, and identify new marketing opportunities.  
 
The role will involve project planning, deadline and budget management, stakeholder coordination, supplier communication, progress reporting, and post-project evaluation. 

  

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing projects from initial idea to completion.  
  • Creating clear project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and expected results. 
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring that project changes, risks, or potential delays are identified and communicated in advance.  
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders, external suppliers, media partners, agencies, and other vendors involved in marketing projects. 
  • Requesting and comparing proposals, quotations, specifications, timelines, and delivery conditions from suppliers and partners.  
  • Maintaining accurate project information, deadlines, documentation, and status updates in Jira and relevant tracking files.  
  • Monitoring project budgets, costs, approvals, and supplier deliverables.  
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and suggesting improvements to Marketing processes, workflows, and reporting routines. 
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Operations, Account Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.  

  

Essential qualifications and skills 

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role. 
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.  
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies, missing information, and potential delays.  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. 
  • Experience working with external suppliers, agencies, or other service providers.  
  • Ability to create structured project plans, timelines, status updates, and follow-up documentation.  
  • Confidence in taking ownership of projects and following up with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and reporting. 
  • Comfortable working with Jira or similar project-management tools, as well as Microsoft O365 suite. 
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently in writing and during meetings.  
  • Located in Poltava, Ukraine. 

  

Nice to Have 

  • Experience working in an international B2B environment.  
  • Familiarity with the iGaming, hosting, technology, or online sports betting industries.  
  • Experience managing projects or campaign budgets.  
  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and presenting new marketing opportunities.  

Skills Required
