The Role

Marketing Operations Summer Intern

The Team

Be a part of the nimble Advocacy and Marketing Operations team, responsible for executing our ratings & reviews and community management, as well as, overseeing the planning, operating rhythms, systems and processes across the Marketing, Brand and Communications organization.

The Opportunity

Learn a little bit about both worlds for Advocacy and Marketing Operations. See how we support six leading global consumer cyber security brands with the shared goal of strengthening our brands through positive interactions by interacting with customers, monitoring feedback and reviews across a variety of channels. In the Marketing Operations side of the house, get

visibility to the planning process and organization of business reviews, team all-hands meetings, new suppliers and team onboarding, tools and resources adoptions and more.

The Work

  • Assist with planning process for all hands meetings, annual trainings, etc
  • Develop scorecard for existing tools, evaluation of usage and broader adoption needs, review contract statuses and investigate other opportunities (e.g., AI tools)
  • Support management of social proof points for claims, awards and ratings & reviews programs – brands, regions, expirations
  • Fine-tune the onboarding process for MBC and ensure the universal key “things to know,” resources and trainings are captured. Explore ways to make it engaging and fun
  • Help our community team to monitor and respond to social comments to improve our sentiment and brand reputation across multiple platforms
  • Help manage responses for customer review sites – like Trustpilot, Power Reviews, retail, etc.  
  • Work with the community team to optimize our response to common issues by training our AI tool
  • Be ready to roll up your sleeps and jump in to support any and all ad hoc projects that come in!

You

  • Have a major focused on Communications, Marketing or Business 

Current college or graduate students, or recent graduates to gain valuable work experience through high-visibility and global projects.

  • Have a major focused on Communications, Marketing or Business
  • Strong attention to details and understand the importance of accuracy 
  • Positive, can do attitude, curious, interested in learning while having fun!
