The Role
Are you a systems-oriented, data-driven professional who thrives in the details? We're looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to be the technical backbone of our high-growth marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will execute and maintain the operational infrastructure that powers our lead generation and marketing performance.
This is a role for someone who loves clean data, knows HubSpot inside out, and takes satisfaction in making systems run smoothly. You'll set up and manage funnels based on senior guidance, then own the day-to-day monitoring and continuously propose improvements. On the side, you'll roll up your sleeves to support the team on a variety of projects as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Setup & Ownership: Implement lead generation funnels in HubSpot — including landing pages, automated email sequences, and lead-capture forms — based on strategy defined by senior team members. Once live, you own the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization proposals.
- CRM & Data Integrity: Serve as the guardian of our HubSpot database. Keep lead data clean, properly segmented, and organized so campaigns hit the right audience every time.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Build and maintain monthly and ad-hoc reports on funnel performance, lead quality, and campaign ROI. Flag trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Technical Asset Support: Assist with the production of marketing assets — email templates, landing pages, lead magnets — with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Team Support: Provide flexible operational support across marketing projects, stepping in wherever your technical skills add value.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing operations, HubSpot administration, lead generation.
- HubSpot Proficiency: You're highly comfortable in HubSpot — workflows, lists, forms, reporting, and data hygiene are second nature to you. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Data-First Mindset: You love working with numbers and systems. You notice when something's off in a dataset and you know how to fix it.
- AI-Fluent: You're already using AI tools to work smarter and are excited to bring that into a growing marketing stack.
- Reliable Executor: You follow direction well, ask the right clarifying questions, and deliver cleanly without needing to reinvent the wheel.
- Clear Communicator: Fluent in English, able to document processes and present data findings simply and clearly.
- Bonus: Background in finance, business services, or the expat/global living sector.
