What we needCruisebound is looking for a Marketing Manager to be our in-house creative engine - a multimedia generalist who lives in creative production and design. You'll help edit and design commercial-quality creative for our paid campaigns and social channels, own social media channels and KPIs, and lend your support across lifecycle and affiliate marketing. We’re looking for someone motivated, ambitious, curious, and excited to support a variety of channels and initiatives.
- Social media. Produce and ship a steady stream of on-brand content for our social channels, moving quickly with trends, formats, and what's working. Own organic channels, reporting, engagement, and expansion.
- Affiliate marketing support. Find and recruit new partners, nurture affiliate partner relationships and own platform profitability goals.
- Campaign & lifecycle support. Partner across the team as needed to bring paid and owned campaigns to life.
- B2B partner marketing support. Work with Cruisebound’s Partnership team and Director of Marketing on B2B marketing needs.
- Video/creative production. Use our existing library of UGC to create paid ads and social reels. Occasionally concept, shoot, and edit commercial-quality video for paid ad campaigns, organic social, and B2B partners.
- Creative design. Design scroll-stopping static and motion ad creative across channels, holding a consistent, aspirational look and feel for the Cruisebound brand.
- AI-powered creation. Build AI tools into your creative workflow to speed up ideation, production, and iteration without sacrificing quality.
- 2-5 years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on creative production
- A standout portfolio or reel of commercial-quality video you've personally shot and edited for ads and/or social
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-savvy; follows the numbers to get results
- A proven eye for quality visuals, with strong attention to detail and design
- Fluent with AI creation tools and eager to push what they can do
- Comfortable supporting multiple campaigns and channels in a distributed environment
- Values curiosity, humility, and accountability
- Takes real pride in making the brand look its best
- A passion for travel and/or cruises, with regular bouts of wanderlust
The compensation package for this position comprises: (1) a base salary ranging from $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience (2) an employee stock option grant and (3) an annual bonus up to 20% of base salary based on a mix of individual and company performance. In addition, we also offer our employees a comprehensive range of benefits including but not limited to:

Skills Required
- 2-5 years of marketing experience with heavy focus on creative production
- Portfolio or reel of commercial-quality video personally shot and edited for ads or social
- Experience concepting, shooting, and editing commercial-quality video
- Fluent with AI creation tools and able to integrate them into workflow
- Strong design eye, attention to detail, and ability to produce static and motion creative
- Data-savvy with ability to follow metrics to drive results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing organic social channels, reporting, and engagement
- Experience with affiliate partner recruitment and relationship management
- Comfortable supporting multiple campaigns and channels in a distributed/remote environment
